MUSIC MINISTRY

Our vision for worship is to create opportunities for people to have a genuine encounter with Jesus Christ, and to be changed by that encounter.  We believe that God is to be worshiped in both Spirit and in truth, and that worship should engage both our hearts and our minds.  Our desire is to honor God through our corporate worship service, and also to cultivate lifestyles of continual worship whereby we offer ourselves to Him as "living sacrifices."

We have a "blended" style of worship music with a strong contemporary emphasis. We strive to incorporate a mix of contemporary worship music with traditional hymns, honoring what God has done in the past while rejoicing in the "new songs" He is inspiring in today's Church.

There are several places of opportunity within the music ministry:

If you love to sing, then the Celebration Choir has a place for you.   You may choose to join us for special celebrations at Easter, Christmas or for other events throughout the year. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:00pm - 8:30pm. New members are always welcome to join with us.

The Praise Team meets each Wednesday at 6:00 pm for rehearsal. The Praise team helps in leading worship each Sunday.

The Audio Team is responsible for mixing the great                                  The Worship Band plays all of the great songs we sing
